If you are not motivated enough to constantly get the best out of your time at the gym, or if you do not have the necessary knowledge or experience to make your workouts effective then Personal Training is essential for you.
Your Personal Trainer will be thinking for you, making sure your workout is safe but effective, greatly reducing the risk of injury from training on your own. Every workout will be different, preventing the boredom sometimes associated with training on your own.
You do not need to be fit or in good shape before you start with a trainer as we will start you at a level that is right for you, gradually progressing you towards your individual goals, pushing you when appropriate. All of our trainers are qualified and experienced, you will be in very safe hands.
Available as 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. Available to both non-members and gym members, currently at a discounted rate.
